Festival is the top of the list, as he likes you, but otherwise Doctor Julian Bashir, and possibly miss Kaylee Frye. She needs a contract too.
Julian is already contracted but he's nice and willing to talk, and none of these people would expect anything from you physically so you could still do as you like in that regard.
