[ He's not seen his whole first name written out yet. Amelia had written 'Wolfe' though so he can guess based on characters and context. There's something about seeing it down in Chris' elaborate decorative hand that makes him have to swallow a lump in his throat.

He scribbles another note and sends a picture. ]

Your name is written Chris

[ The first four words are carefully printed in Toril's Common, like his first note, but his name is spelled out in another line of characters, those of Thedas' Common. He wants Chris to know that. He's even had the thought of teaching Chris and Amelia his own language so they had a secret code of a kind. Jon too, maybe, though it would be very funny to frustrate him with it instead. ]

[ Later, Wolfe is going to demand that paper so he can put it in his journal among the love letters and plans for the future. The spells he will learn for himself but to support Chris too, the things and places he wants to see, all the things that are important to him. This is the new journal, not the one his father had started, and it's full of things like this. Full of what's important to Wolfe.

Full of love.

He replies with another photo, this one showing 'I love you' written under where he'd written it in Faerun's Common, but this time in his own as well, so he can see how it looks.

A moment later and he receives a voice clip too. Wolfe saying it aloud, first in Thedas' Common, and then in Faerun's. He has a little bit of an accent, almost Sword Coast if he'd been from Chris' world instead of his own, but it's clear he's taken some time to make sure he says this correctly. ]

I love you

I love you, Chris. Always.

[ Even if they don't speak the same tongue, he sure they'll be able to understand the same language of affection they've become fluent in with each other. ]
