[This is a...surprise...though not an unwelcome one. The flowers receive a proper vase and Krem's note receives a proper response on thick paper adorned with Chris' swirling handwriting in purple ink. The whole thing is sealed with a wax press of Chris' signet ring: two crossed feathers under a clustered trio of six-pointed stars.]

A very surprising but kind gift, my dear Cremisius. I won't pretend to know the occasion, but your thought for me is well received.
